Before I infiltrate your screen with pictures, I just need to say how stinkin' blessed I am. I have an amazing wife that loves me through thick and thin. Someone who is walking this crazy life with me. The most beautiful person on the planet. I have 2 kiddos that allow me a small glimpse of how my Heavenly Father loves me. A few minutes around them can make all of life's troubles melt away. I have 2 more children in Ethiopia that I can't wait until they are home. I can't wait to learn their personalities, to know what their dreams are, and to do everything I can to let them know who Jesus is and how much He loves them. My extended family is the most supportive group of people I could have. They get the call on my family and have rallied around us strong. And best of all – I get the privilege of worshipping a risen Savior. A God who knows I fall short every day and still allows me to call upon His Holy Name. A God that I get to spend all of eternity with…
If you just take a minute to close your eyes, you'll see how blessed you are too. Among the junk of the world, our Savior is with us. I just love the thought of the Creator of the universe knowing the # of hairs on my head, and that He fearfully and wonderfully made me and you. That He loves us so much that He willingly died on a Roman cross 2000 years ago that you and I would never have to be separated from Him. That no matter what someone thinks of me or says of me, my God has said Truth about who I am and how much I mean to Him. That's just amazing love.
